Event ID: 2019 The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty

One of my domain controller stop functioning every 2-3 days. No users can logon to the server not even to say the file service. I realised this is caused by one of my HP printer that uses the HP Standard TCP/IP Port Monitor uses a host name in the port configuration.

Source: Srv
Description: The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the pool was empty.
If you get this event in your event viewer, you will need to use poolmon from windows 2003 resource kit.
