Windows 2003 w/SP2 & Arcserve 9.0 = Crashed

Oct 16

The backup always crashed halfway for a no apparent reason.  There was no error in the job log, activity log, not even the event viewer of the operating system.  Tried changing to a new backup tape and reinstall arcserve but it didn’t work as well.

Found a few log files: dbept01.log, dbept02.log and dbeptxx.log in C:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve Backup\LOG
